4n6TM 2.0 Released! Huge update with many new features.

- Simplified competitor coding & room scheduling. 

- Updated room scheduling prioritizes keeping teamates from going against eachother (especially A&B) and attempts to minimize repeated competition. 

- Room Schedule Document now includes Draw Time / Performance Time for draw events (IDA, Extemp, FX, DX) with 10 minute intervals between draws.

- Room Schedules now compiled into one document instead of several.

- Updated sweeps calculation allows for Everything, A & B Only, or Top # Of Performances. 

- Including Final ranks in sweeps is now optional.

- Results Report now includes State Qualifier notification based on number of entries AND prior qualified performers. 

2019 Update - Tab Sheet Sweeps overhaul

I've recently added a feature to the Tabs sheet which changes the way you figure Sweeps. 

You can now select to figure sweeps using 3 options:

• Everyone - This option counts each and every contestant into sweeps. If you select this option you can still manually deselect a participant by deleting the 'x' from the sweeps column (column c) on the event sheet. 
• A & B - This option only counts the A and B contestants from each team. You can still manually select or deselect participants by alternatively placing an 'x' in the sweeps column or deleting the 'x' from the sweeps column on the event sheet.
• Top Performers - This option allows you to select a number of contestants per team that are to be counted. The system identifies the top scorers on each team and adds them together. This option CAN NOT BE MANUALLY CHANGED. The system prgramatically figures this each time you select the option, so it can be updated many times - but it ignores the sweeps column, so manual disqualification is impossible through the sweeps column - though you can simply delete out the score to keep it from figuring in. 

The new method to running the Sweeps report is similar to the old method - you simply click "Tab" then "Sweeps."  Now, though, you will be prompted to select a sweeps method. If you select "Top Performers" you will need to input the number of competitors counted for each team.

Google's Big Scary Warning!

Google's Big Scary Warning

 As of July 2017, Google has attached a new warning to apps developed by unverified developers like myself. 

This adds a couple of steps to authorizing 4N6 Tournament Manager.

Access the program

To use 4n6 Tournament Manager first open the most current version of 4n6 Tournament Manager by clicking the link.(You must be on a computer - not a phone)

Then, make your own copy of it by clicking "File">"Make a Copy."
